Virtual Counseling for Women
Get help for your anxiety and perfectionism from the privacy of your home through online counseling.
Can you imagine being able to take less than an hour of your busy week to meet with a licensed therapist and find emotional relief and make changes? No dealing with traffic, finding parking, or sitting in a waiting room.
You have stayed up at night wondering “is something wrong with me?” Your mind races with moments when you were not your best or with mistakes you have made. You don’t know why you can’t fix it on your own. When you had the courage to mention this fear to someone else, it felt like they did not seem to really hear you. No one seems to understand this part of you. You just want to feel heard and for someone to be honest with you. Is that really so hard?
Picture this - you are at home or on a lunch break at work and you open your phone or laptop and you walk away with less anxiety than when you started your virtual counseling session.

More Information about virtual counseling:
Telehealth or Telemental health counseling is any therapy offered over video conferencing or phone.
Research has shown telehealth is as effective as in person sessions for a variety of circumstances.
Teletherapy or virtual therapy removes multiple barriers including time and location (especially in rural areas) for many people looking for a licensed therapist to help them.
Since March 2020, I have been using Simple Practice to provide my online counseling platform to have the highest level of security and privacy for counseling sessions.
